Wiktor Jasiński has had a rather unsuccessful season. One of the lower-ranked riders in METALKAS 2. Ekstraliga scored only three points in the match between ARGED MALESA Ostrów Wielkopolski and ABRAMCZYK POLONIA Bydgoszcz.

Wiktor Jasiński ended the season in a very poor style. He started the meeting with two zeros, and in the subsequent races, he scored three “points” – all on juniors. He does not hide the fact that he “messed up” that meeting. – Nothing worked for me here. It’s a pity, because I was counting on a good result. It was important to me to secure promotion with the team. We definitely lacked my points, for which I can apologize and I’m just sorry. That’s sport and next year we have to pick up the gauntlet again, maybe not with my participation anymore but with someone else and fight for promotion – the speedway rider criticized his performance.

However, Jasiński believes that the weather did not help in preparing the track as the hosts would have liked. In his opinion, during Saturday’s practice, the track was more grippy, and on Sunday, due to “mugginess” and heat, it was not exactly how they wanted it. – The/em> track was completely different from the one we practiced on. It was more grippy then, and now it was a bit harder. The weather played a role, because it was very stuffy and hot during the match. We had more chances to set up the track on Saturday, and not as many on Sunday. This could have affected the result, but ABRAMCZYK POLONIA Bydgoszcz was just better in this two-legged tie and scored more points. That’s why they are going to the final – highlighted the representative of the Ostrów club.

The lap times varied significantly. In races immediately after track grading, they were sometimes nearly two seconds slower than subsequent ones. We asked Wiktor Jasiński what was the cause of this, as it doesn’t happen often. – During the races held right after track grading, in which I participated at the beginning, there was a lot of water. During the second and third races after track grading it was okay, but in the first it was “slippery”. The conditions changed from race to race as they do in every match – he concluded.

In the end, he confirmed that this was his last match in the colors of ARGED MALESY Ostrów Wielkopolski, at least for a while, and next year he will be defending the colors of another club. – Next year I will certainly not be riding in Ostrów, I need to improve my results to bring important points here, because for now they have just been missing. However, I will be returning here fondly. I will also come to trainings often so I’m not saying goodbye, but see you later – he finished.
