Piotr Pawlicki happy after 2nd TAURON SEC final. “I always give my best”

Piotr Pawlicki stood on the lowest step of the podium during the 2nd round of the Tauron Speedway Euro Championship finals held on the track in Grudziądz. At the midpoint of the competition for the Individual European Championship title, the younger of the Pawlicki brothers occupies 3rd place in the overall standings.

The NOVYHOTEL FALUBAZ Zielona Góra rider, in an interview for ekstraliga.pl, did not hide his satisfaction with securing a spot on the podium in Grudziądz. – There is something to be happy about. Of course, I would prefer to win, but in such a field, it is not easy, additionally, you have to make good decisions very quickly in the pit. Overall, I rate these competitions positively – said Piotr Pawlicki.

The Leszno club trainee is only one point behind those ahead of him in the Tauron SEC overall standings, Andzejs Lebedevs and Kacper Woryna. The 2018 Polish Individual Champion believes that despite strong rivals, he can win the entire tournament. – If luck and equipment are on my side and my form is consistent throughout, I can win the SEC. The standings are tight, the point differences are small. The series is very balanced, great riders are competing, and any of them can win. The fight will last until the very end – the 30-year-old announced.

Recently, Piotr Pawlicki has also been performing well in PGE Ekstraliga matches. According to the rider, one reason for this is well-prepared equipment. – I try to do my best work on the track, I always give my all. This year, I have very good motorcycles, I feel comfortable on them.
