The Polish runners-up won against KS APATOR 48:42, but the bonus point for the two-leg match goes to the guests (94:86). The Junior of the Match was Marcel Kowolik, and the leaders for their teams were Artem Laguta (12) and Emil Sajfutdinow (12+2).

Before the match in the
BETARD SPARTA
camp, more than thinking about fighting for the bonus (first match 52:38 for
KS APATORA), there were concerns whether
Maciej Janowski
would make it to the match, as he was stuck at the airport due to a global IT system failure. Ultimately, the player arrived at the track an hour before the match.

The guests’ pair
Patryk Dudek
and
Robert Lambert
made a very strong start by defeating
Artem Laguta
in the re-run. In the first instance,
Bartłomiej Kowalski
after clipping Dudek’s rear wheel, hit the barrier. It looked dangerous, but luckily it ended with just a scare – the rider quickly got up and went to the pit area.

In the junior race,
Krzysztof Lewandowski
had a great start, leading decisively for 2 laps, but then left plenty of room for the home team’s young riders. On the third lap,
Jakub Krawczyk
overtook him, and on the fourth – in exactly the same way – this maneuver was repeated by
Marcel Kowolik.

In the third race, similarly
– Maciej Janowski overtook both rivals on the track,
Daniel Bewley outdid Wiktor Lampart
– turning a 1:5 at the start into a 4:2 at the finish. In the 4th race, unexpectedly Kowolik was in front of
Pawel Przedpełski and Krzysztof Lewandowski.
Mikkel Andersen
did not particularly threaten Lewandowski.

Just as the riders from Toruń had a great start to the match, so did
BETARD SPARTA
‘s riders – Bewley and Kowalski – at the beginning of the second series. They had a great start and defended against the attacks of
Lambert and Przedpełski.

In the 7th race, fans were looking forward to a battle between
Sajfutdinow and Laguta. Emil, after a great start, made a small mistake by going too wide. The
KS APATOR
rider tried to cut from the barrier straight to the curb but hit just behind Artem’s wheel and had to save himself by laying the bike down. Sajfutdinow was excluded. In the re-run, the lone
Antoni Kawczyński
even tried to fight, but the hosts overtook him at the top of the first turn. The first points for
Mikkel Andersen
in PGE Ekstraliga.

The last highlight before the nominated races brought a double victory for the guests – Lambert and Sajfutdinow took advantage of Kowolik’s mistake, who blocked Janowski.

The first of the nominated races brought resolution. Sajfutdinow ahead of Janowski and Kowalski, Lampart after a long break overslept the start and did not get into the fight. After this, the home team won the match, and the KS APATOR team secured an important bonus point.

In the last race, Laguta had to fight for 3 points with Lambert for 4 laps. And Dudek was cutting it out with Bewley for third place. The winner of this competition was the rider from Toruń.
