Max Fricke has already completed his initial training sessions on the Grudziądz track. The BAYERSYSTEM GKM rider is pleased that nothing is disrupting his preparations for the season. – At the moment everything is going according to plan, and the weather is favorable. It’s still early, but with each day, there are more and more outings on the track, which excites me a lot. In the coming weeks, there will be a lot of training to prepare as best as possible for the first PGE Ekstraliga match – the Australian says in an interview for ekstraliga.pl.

Many riders experiment during the preparation period by making changes to their individual training. However, Max Fricke differs in opinion, having trained in the same way for several years. – I prepared just like before every season, without introducing anything extraordinary. Together with my team, we always try to perfect small things, but we generally stick to proven solutions – he highlights.

During a meeting with fans, Max Fricke was announced as the captain of BAYERSYSTEM GKM Grudziądz. The upcoming season will be the Australian’s third wearing the yellow and blue colors. – I feel very good here. I have great support from the fans and the club’s management. The previous two years in Grudziądz have been successful for me. I am glad that I will spend another season with this team, and I hope it will be just as good a year – emphasized the 2016 Junior World Champion.

According to Max Fricke, the BAYERSYSTEM GKM Grudziądz team is capable of fighting for medals, but it will be a difficult task. – Everyone wants to advance to the playoff phase, but there are only four spots. We are aware that it won’t be easy because there are many strong teams in the PGE Ekstraliga. We do very well on our home track, which is our advantage. If we improve our form in away matches, the top four of the league is within our reach – stated the captain of the Grudziądz team.

In 2024, Max Fricke participated in 8 rounds of the Speedway Grand Prix series as a reserve replacing the injured Jason Doyle. This season, he will be a regular participant in the competition for the Individual World Championship title. – This will be another busy season for me. Apart from riding in the PGE Ekstraliga and the English league, I have the Speedway Grand Prix starts ahead of me.
