A fantastic match to end the regular season in Wrocław. The local team BETARD SPARTA hosted ORLEN OIL MOTOR Lublin on Friday afternoon. In the so-called ‘top match,’ the hosts emerged victorious. An excellent performance was recorded by the undefeated Bartłomiej Kowalski on this day.

The hosts started the match with a strong impact. Response from ORLEN OIL MOTOR came in the junior race. BETARD SPARTA Wrocław took a four-point lead in the first series of starts. In the fourth race, an alarming situation occurred involving Wiktor Przyjemski, whose motorcycle broke down, but fortunately, Daniel Bewley narrowly managed to avoid him.

After the break, the Polish champions managed to equalize. We witnessed a fantastic fight in the seventh heat of the day. Artem Laguta battled with Bartosz Zmarzlik for four laps. On the final straight, the local rider squeezed under the reigning world champion and crossed the finish line first. Thus, the team from Wrocław extended their lead to two points.

Artem Laguta was in a class of his own from the beginning of the match. In the ninth race, he once again engaged in a spectacular fight with his opponent. This time, he was faster than Dominik Kubera. Meanwhile, Bartosz Zmarzlik found another conqueror in the form of the undefeated Bartłomiej Kowalski, who had very fast equipment. Despite this, BETARD SPARTA Wrocław led by only two points.

The emotions continued until the end. ORLEN OIL MOTOR once again equalized. Dominik Kubera took revenge on Artem Laguta, defeating the local leader in the 11th race. Before the nominated races, there was an exchange of blows, but ultimately, the protégés of Dariusz Śledź maintained a two-point lead.

In the first corner of the 14th race, Dominik Kubera fell after contact with Maciej Janowski. The referee deemed the guest rider guilty of interrupting the race and excluded him from further competition. In the rerun, the lone Mateusz Cierniak could only separate the pair from Wrocław. The final outcome of the match was decided by the last race of the day. Bartłomiej Kowalski proved to be complete, winning a double victory with Artem Laguta, thus securing two match points for the hosts. Ultimately, the match ended with a score of 49:41.
