Bastian Pedersen: I ended a great season excellently

On Thursday afternoon, we learned the medalists of the IMEJ 2024. Gold went to Nazar Partniskyi, silver to Bastian Pedersen, and bronze to Wiktor Przyjemski. For the Dane, it was certainly a major success. As the interested party himself emphasized, he is very pleased with the result.

 – I am really happy with the result. It was a success. It was going well from the beginning, so during the competition, we didn’t change the settings much. These were my last competitions this season, so it’s great that I ended it this way – said Bastian Pedersen.

The German competitions were unusual as they took place on a track without barriers. For the nephew of Nicki Pedersen, however, it did not matter much. – It was definitely strange, but it wasn’t bad. While riding, you don’t notice it and ride as you always do – emphasized the Dane.

The current season was very good for the rider from the Torun club. He became the Danish junior champion and the European junior vice-champion. – Yes, it was a great year for me. I am very satisfied with it – stated Pedersen decisively.

The interested party is surely thinking about his future in the Polish league. It’s not known whether he will stay with KS APATOR Torun or decide to change his environment. – We’ll see how it goes. Maybe I’ll stay. However, this year I wasn’t ready to ride in the PGE Ekstraliga. I need to keep developing. I didn’t want to come last in every race. As I said, for now, I don’t feel ready to ride in the best league in the world – concluded Bastian Pedersen.
