The juniors of ORLEN OIL MOTOR Lublin confidently won the final of the Polish Youth Club Pairs Championship held on the track in Grudziądz. Up to five races ended with a double victory for the Lublin duo. Bartosz Bańbor scored a total of 18 points.

According to the junior of ORLEN OIL MOTOR Lublin, the key to success in the MMPPK final was good starts and the ability to ride as a pair. – We felt fast on the Grudziądz track from the beginning. We had good starts, I communicated well with Wiktor (Przyjemski – ed. note), we did not interfere with each other while riding. Each of us knew from the start how to ride – Bartosz Bańbor said in an interview for ekstraliga.pl.

The ending season is extremely successful for the 17-year-old, but as the rider himself claims, there are still a few things to improve. – I am satisfied with this season, especially with the results achieved in individual competitions. They are better than those I set for myself before the start of the season. My form in the league still needs improvement, but in the PGE Ekstraliga final I will strive to be the best – said this year’s Silver Helmet winner.

In addition to competing in the PGE Ekstraliga final, Bartosz Bańbor is also set to appear in the last round of this year’s FIM SGP2 cycle, which will be held at the Torun Motoarena. The ORLEN OIL MOTORU Lublin junior is currently in 5th place in the overall standings, five points behind the medal positions. – I know my situation in the standings. I somewhat ruined it with a poor performance in Riga. In Torun, I will do everything to get on the podium of the cycle – the junior concluded.
