The EBUT.PL STAL Gorzów team lost an away match against ZOOLESZCZ GKM Grudziądz 44:46 after an exciting fight. However, the team led by coach Stanisław Chomski maintained its position as runner-up in the PGE Ekstraliga table.

The best scoring player on the guest team was Anders Thomsen, who garnered 12 points. – Every away match is difficult. The Grudziądz track is not easy, it was hard to find the right motorcycle settings. Despite this, I managed to score 12 points for the team, which I consider a good result – said the Dane in an interview with ekstraliga.pl.

This season has been very successful for the two-time Individual Champion of Denmark, who, with an average of 2.046 points per race, is in 10th place among the most effective riders in the PGE Ekstraliga. – So far, I am satisfied with myself. Of course, my results could be even better, but in two matches my riding did not look good. My team and I are constantly working hard to find even the smallest detail that will make me even faster – admitted the 30-year-old.

The Danish speedway rider claims that the Gorzów team is capable of fighting for the highest goals this season. – So far, we are in 2nd place in the table, but the season is still ongoing. The play-off phase will start soon, and everything is possible in it. Winning a medal with EBUT.PL STAL and returning to the Speedway Grand Prix cycle are my most important goals this year. Besides that, I want to score as many points as possible and enjoy riding – summarized Thomsen.
