I am glad we are going to another winter training camp, as this format has worked great in previous years. I would like us to spend as much time outdoors as possible. We have planned three training sessions a day. After breakfast, we will head to the mountains on ski tours or cross-country ski trails. After lunch and a short rest, we will spend an hour on rowing or stationary bikes, and the evening is dedicated to team games. Of course, there will be sauna and pool sessions because recovery is extremely important. There will also be sessions with a psychologist, as we strive to comprehensively support the development of young athletes – said coach Maciej Kuciapa.
