On Friday at 19:00 at the Toruń Motoarena, the last round of this year’s FIM SGP 2 cycle will begin. The main favorite for the victory is Wiktor Przyjemski. Will the Pole maintain his lead over the rest of the field and clinch the title of Individual Junior World Champion? Broadcast on Eurosport 2.

The junior of ORLEN OIL MOTOR Lublin, after winning in Malilla and finishing second in Riga, is the current leader of the overall standings. His lead over the second place Nazar Parnitskyi is 8 points. Currently in third place is the Dane, Mikkel Andersen, but his deficit to the leading Pole is as much as 10 points.

The chances for a medal are also retained by other Polish representatives: Bartosz Bańbor and Jakub Krawczyk. Sebastian Szostak can speak of significant bad luck. Positioned fourth in the overall standings, the rider sustained a spine injury during the last SGP 2 round in Riga, which excluded him from competing for the rest of the season.

Besides the aforementioned Szostak, we will also not see William Drejer in Toruń, as injury also prevented him from participating. The Pole and the Dane will be replaced in Friday’s competition by the American Slater Lightcap and the Briton Dan Thompson. Additionally, Antoni Kawczyński with number 16, a rider from the local KS APATOR Toruń, will perform. The substitutes will be Oskar Paluch and Krzysztof Lewandowski.
