KS APATOR Toruń won against ZOOLESZCZ GKM Grudziądz 54:36. The coach of the Toruń team, Piotr Baron, decided to nominate Anders Rowe for the U24 position instead of Wiktor Lampart, who had been one of the weaker points of the team in recent matches.

– I feel great, I really had fun. It was a good match. We won as a team. As for the race with Paweł Przedpełski, we didn’t have a chance to talk after the race, but the most important thing is the team’s win – summarized Andres Rowe.

The young Brit scored 7 points and a bonus in the match. He even managed to win one race, paired with the aforementioned Przedpełski. Although Anders Rowe‘s performance can be considered successful in terms of points, he did not seem fast on the track. During his victorious start, he reached the finish line in 62.38 seconds. It was the slowest race of the entire competition.

This was my second time on these engines, which I got from the club. We are trying to work to make them faster. We also train a lot to make it as good as possible – admitted Rowe.

Antoni Kawczyński scored only one point in this match in the junior race, but it did not stop the fans from loudly chanting his name before each race. The junior KS APATORA Toruń has become a favorite among fans, who are certainly infected by his unusual energy.

– I feel very good. I like to make contact with the fans, have good relations with them and I really like it. What happens before the race is indescribable for me, I really don’t know what feelings accompany me. I know I’m riding for something and I have the mentality that I’m riding like I could die any moment. It all excites me – said Kawczyński.

During the repeat of the junior race, Krzysztof Lewandowski and Antoni Kawczyński, were unable to overtake Kacper Łobodziński. Toruń’s juniors were not able to communicate on the track and find a way to overcome the youth player of ZOOLESZCZ GKM Grudziądz.

Yes, it was quite an unpleasant situation, but I hope we will work on pair riding during training, so we do not interfere with each other on the track. It happened, it’s over. It wasn’t the same match as last week, but sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. We’ll train and keep going – commented the youth player.
