In the second attempt at the 13th round match of the PGE Ekstraliga between KRONO-PLAST WŁÓKNIARZ Częstochowa and NOVYHOTEL FALUBAZ Zielona Góra, rain showers hovered over the stadium for a long time, but they managed to play 15 races. The match ended in a 45:45 draw. The bonus point went to the home team (97:82). Krzysztof Sadurski was the best junior of this match.

The competition started about 30 minutes late due to the rain. In the 1st heat, Mikkel Michelsen came out of the first corner the fastest, securing a victory for the home rider. Przemysław Pawlicki made a mistake, which Mads Hansen capitalized on, causing the guest rider to quit on the third lap. Zielona Góra team riders in the 5th and the 6th races twice made good starts, taking the lead and pulling away from their rivals. Leon Madsen immediately began chasing his rivals but could not overtake any of them.

In the next race, the home team had a chance for a double victory, but Piotr Pawlicki overtook Michelsen on the opposite straight. On the second corner, the Dane fell, allowing Oskar Hurysz to take the position. NOVYHOTEL FALUBAZ Zielona Góra led 28:20 after 8 races.

The first attempt at the 9th heat ended with an uneven start of the starting machine. In the replay, NOVYHOTEL FALUBAZ riders won 5:1, increasing their lead (33:21). In the 10th race, the pair Woryna – Madsen got back at the guests.

In the 12th heat, the starting machine once again prevented a fair start. In the repeat, a sure victory was achieved by Kacper Woryna, for whom it was the third race in a row. In the last heat of the main part, Leon Madsen overtook everyone and took the lead (in the first attempt at the race, the Dane received a warning for hindering the starting procedure). On the second corner, Rasmus Jensen came dangerously close to him, almost causing a fall. Maksym Drabik also had problems on the next lap, and Piotr Pawlicki barely avoided a fall just before the finish line. After 13 heats, the scoreboard showed a score of 36:42.

Hansen, from the start of the 14th heat, pressured Prz. Pawlicki and eventually overtook him at the beginning of the fourth lap. The Pole left too much space at the curb, which the Dane used without hesitation.

In the last race of the day, the home pair Woryna – Madsen took a 5:1 lead. On the third lap, Rasmus Jensen fell, interrupting the race. The race was validated, and the guest rider was penalized with a red card. Thus, the Częstochowa team snatched a draw and a bonus point in the double match.
