Maksymilian Pawełczak summarized the 2024 season

Maksymilian Pawełczak is a speedway rider who has already captured all the most important titles in his age categories. In the Regional Sports Weekly, broadcast on TVP 3 Bydgoszcz, he summarized a year full of successes in 2024.

The success of Maksymilian Pawełczak doesn’t come out of nowhere. He owes much to the training period, where he hones his form for the season. – We work very hard in winter. I go to personal training sessions, ride a cross motorcycle, go cycling or running, so I do everything possible to be best prepared for the season to look like the past one – says the fifteen-year-old to TVP 3 Bydgoszcz.

The trainee of ABRAMCZYK POLONIA also looked back at the SGP3 tournament held in Gorzów, which he won, becoming the world champion in the 250cc category. – I remember, these were the best competitions I’ve had. In every race, I managed to take the lead right from the start and maintain it. Those were perfect competitions that I think I won’t forget – stated Pawełczak.

How big a role does coach Jacek Woźniak play in his career? – If it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t be where I am and wouldn’t have these titles to my name. I’ve been under coach Jacek’s watch from the very beginning, for which I am very grateful – the athlete stated on TVP 3 Bydgoszcz.

Pawełczak also referred to his upcoming sixteenth birthday, after which he will be able to compete in senior championships. – I am certainly looking forward to that moment, but I still have an entire season to complete in junior events, so time will tell – concluded the SGP3 champion.

Plans for the coming months were shared by Krzysztof Pawełczak, the young speedway rider’s father. – There probably won’t be much rest, maybe a week or two. We’re already planning personal training sessions and a trip to Sardinia for motocross. Later during the holidays, we’ll train on motocross in northern Italy, so we have a lot ahead of us. Equipment work will also be done. We plan to build new units or chassis from scratch – said Maksymilian’s father in the Regional Sports Weekly.
