Today, the second part of the twelfth round of METALKAS 2. Ekstraliga will take place. The team from Rybnik arrives at the point-hungry Krosno, and the unpredictable #ORZECHOWAOSADA PSŻ Poznań will visit Bydgoszcz.
CELLFAST WILKI Krosno will face INNPRO ROW Rybnik for the first time with Dimitri Berge and Kenneth Bjerre in the same lineup. Let us recall that the Frenchman was injured during a match in Rybnik and, during his absence, Krosno officials hired the Dane, who performed very well. Therefore, coach Ireneusz Kwieciński decided to keep him for more matches. As Bjerre himself said, he has taken to heart the role he has to play in the team, which only assures the coach in fielding him against INNPRO ROW. For Berge, this will be his first match in over two months. A warm-up for the then-leader of CELLFAST WILKI could have been yesterday’s SEC round in Grudziądz, where he placed fourteenth, scoring only three points.
The goal of the visiting team remains unchanged – to secure the best possible position in the regular round before the play-offs. Currently, Rybnik sits in third place, just ahead of their rivals from Krosno. However, it’s important to remember that coach Antoni Skupień’s protégés have had the fewest matches in METALKAS 2. Ekstraliga so far. After losses in Ostrów Wielkopolski and Rzeszów, INNPRO ROW won convincingly against H.SKRZYDLEWSKA ORZEŁ Łódź and will do everything to maintain their winning streak. The second-best scorer in the league, Brady Kurtz, could aid them in this. The Australian has shown incredible form since the start of the season, which translated into a silver medal in the Speedway of Nations for his country.

They need points to secure a favorable position at the end of the regular round. Adam Skórnicki’s team has already beaten ABRAMCZYK POLONIA once, which no one expected. How will they fare in the rematch?
