Bronze medal and lineup for the 2025 PGE Ekstraliga season. KS APATOR Toruń with Michelsen and Kvech

KS APATOR Toruń won the bronze medals of the 2024 PGE Ekstraliga. During the rematch at Motoarena, two surprises for the fans were also announced – Robert Lambert staying for the next 2 seasons and two new players for 2025 – Mikkel Michelsen and Jan Kvech.

During the presentation of both teams, KS APATOR announced that Robert Lambert will be a player for the team not only for the 2025 season but also 2026. In this year’s edition of the PGE Ekstraliga, the Briton was the top-scoring player of the team. His average score per race is 2.278, placing him 4th in the individual standings.

After the 13th race in Toruń, fans were surprised with more information. The new players for the 2025 season are Mikkel Michelsen and Jan Kvech. The Dane spent the last two years with the club from Częstochowa (1.652 points/race in this year’s PGE Ekstraliga). Meanwhile, the Czech represented the newcomer from Zielona Góra, where he posted an average of 1.220 points/race.

KS APATOR Toruń won against EBUT.PL STAL Gorzów 54:36 (100:79 in the two-leg match) and won the bronze medals of the 2024 PGE Ekstraliga. More about the match HERE.
