According to WP Sportowe Fakty, SVT Sport from Sweden, and Norrtelje Tidning, Antonio Lindbaeck has decided to end his speedway career. The Swedish rider represented many clubs in Poland, including in the PGE Ekstraliga, and won several team medals in world championships on the international stage.

For the first time, Antonio Lindbaeck appeared on Polish tracks in 2005, where he represented the Wrocław club. After a year off, he raced again in Poland (Włókniarz Częstochowa). He then competed for clubs in Rybnik (2008 and 2011), Bydgoszcz (2009-2010), Gniezno (2012-2013 and 2022), Łódź (2014), Daugavpils (2015), Grudziądz (2016-2019), Zielona Góra (2020), and Poznań (2023).

Most of his successes in world championship level tournaments were team achievements, where he won 2 gold, 3 silver, and 4 bronze medals. Individually, Lindbaeck has only a silver medal in the junior world championships (he also has a silver in team competition).

On the European scene, he won gold in youth competitions and bronze at the senior level.
