Another contract at FOGO UNIA. Antoni Mencel stays in Leszno

FOGO UNIA Leszno is intensively building the lineup for the next season. Antoni Mencel joins the already contracted Benjamin Cook, Janusz Kołodziej, and Grzegorz Zengota. Another homegrown player – Kacper Mania – will also appear in the club.

Mencel participated in forty races during the 2024 season, scoring twenty-eight points. This ranks him at 53rd place with an average of 0.850 points per race. The year 2025 will be his fourth season as a speedway rider for FOGO UNIA.

Additionally, the junior team will include Kacper Mania, who passed the ‘Ż’ license exam in May. The 15-year-old performed well this season, particularly in the DMPJ competitions, and in the last Junior Team Reserves tournament, he finished in 5th place with a total of eleven points.
