ŻUŻEL/NEWS/PGEE: Changes in the Management Board and Supervisory Board of STAL Gorzów

Changes in the Management Board and Supervisory Board of STAL Gorzów Wielkopolski S.A. The newly elected members are individuals with extensive experience in management, business, and sports.

Joining the President of the Management Board, Dariusz Wróbel, are the following individuals:

• Patryk Broszko – lawyer, entrepreneur, who serves as vice president and managing director at Stal Gorzów.
• Jacek Gumowski – director of the investor and business service office at Gorzów City Hall, president of the Gorzów Technology Center, responsible for the marketing of Stal Gorzów when it last won the Polish championship titles. Entered the Management Board when the City acquired the company’s shares.
• Monika Piaskowska – entrepreneur, marketing director of the largest municipal company in Gorzów, Inneko.
• Krzysztof Hauba – representative of the banking sector, namely GBS in Gorzów Wlkp., in the field of entrepreneur services.
• Paweł Maćkowiak – entrepreneur, supporting local sports for many years, president of the Stal Gorzów association.

The new Supervisory Board consists of:

• Zbigniew Głuchy
• Jacek Wojciechowski
• Ewa Staszak
• Grzegorz Lewandowski
• Wojciech Maciejewski

The composition of the Management Board of the Sports Club Stal Gorzów remains unchanged.
