SPEEDWAY/NEWS/OTHER: Fifth edition of fan game. Soci@liga starts on February 3

For one of the final stages of the winter break, the Speedway Ekstraliga has prepared a game for speedway fans. The fifth edition of Soci@liga will start on February 3.

  • Similar to last year, voting will be possible for clubs from the PGE Ekstraliga and METALKAS 2. Ekstraliga.
  • The formula of the game will be similar to the previous edition. The novelty will be voting not for individual players, but for clubs.
  • Soci@liga will last until February 28.

This year’s edition of the virtual game will take place in cup format, as it did last year. Each pair will consist of one club from the PGE Ekstraliga and one from METALKAS 2. Ekstraliga. The winner advances to the next stage, while the loser goes to the “consolation” group, where further competition will occur. A day of break will occur after each phase for summarizing and presenting the next pairs.

The change from the previous edition is in voting. This time fans will vote not for individual players, but for clubs. The profiles of the Speedway Ekstraliga, where the game will take place – Facebook, Instagram, and X, remain unchanged. Voting can be done in the form of comments on the first two platforms, and a poll will be set up on X. Voting will start at 9:00 AM and continue until 4:00 PM. Details will be included in special posts about Soci@liga.

The club that receives more votes in total from all the aforementioned platforms will move to the next stage.
