Robert Kościecha appointed as ZOOLESZCZ GKM’s coach for two seasons!

The Grudziądz club decided not to make any changes in the team’s coach position. Robert Kościecha will remain the coach of ZOOLESZCZ GKM for the next 2 seasons (2025 and 2026).

The former speedway rider of clubs including Toruń and Bydgoszcz joined Grudziądz in 2018 and began working with the youth team and as the supervisor of the Grudziądz speedway school. His work led to the development of the yellow-blue trainees, which is already translating into good results achieved not only in junior competitions but also in PGE Ekstraliga matches.

For the 2024 season, Kościecha was appointed as the manager of the first team, achieving something that had not been done since 2015 – advancing to the play-off phase, creating a great atmosphere among the players. Club officials are satisfied with the results and decided to extend the cooperation for the 2025 and 2026 seasons.
