#ORZECHOWAOSADA PSŻ Poznań’s victory over ABRAMCZYK POLONIA Bydgoszcz with a score of 52:37 concluded the second quarterfinal match in METALKAS 2. Ekstraliga. Ryan Douglas was decisively named the rider of the match.

The match began with two drawn runs. Then, the hosts started their attack, and after the first four races, they had a four-point lead. This grew from series to series – after the seventh race, the deficit of ABRAMCZYK POLONIA was already eight points.

The match clearly did not go as planned for the guests. Tomasz Bajerski’s protégés couldn’t win a single team race and won only four individual races. The most reliable point for the Bydgoszcz team was Kai Huckenbeck – who scored eleven points. On the Poznan side, Ryan Douglas and Oleksandr Loktayev both scored the same – thirteen points and one bonus.

Before the nominated races, #ORZECHOWAOSADA PSŻ was leading 46:34, which meant a certain victory in the first quarterfinal match between these two teams. In them, the eighth and ninth races were drawn again. Finally, the team from Poznan is closer to the semifinals, having a fifteen-point advantage. The rematch in Bydgoszcz is next week at 4:00 PM.
