METALKAS 2. Ekstraliga – flash (7): week of announcements, birthdays, and farewells
22.12.2024 09:09The past week in METALKAS 2. Ekstraliga was marked by the announcement of league schedules, which were officially presented on December 17. There was also no shortage of information about sparring matches. Meanwhile, the club from Ostrów Wielkopolski announced the departure of their coach.
AUTONA UNIA Tarnów, while presenting the schedule for the entire season, announced a derby clash with TEXOM STAL Rzeszów. The club also announced the date for the team’s presentation for the 2025 season. Fans will see their favorites on January 25 at the Mościce Arts Center.
Fans of H.SKRZYDLEWSKA ORZEŁ Łódź, in addition to the schedule presentation, could also read players’ opinions about the first two matches of the season, including the opening match with ABRAMCZYK POLONIA Bydgoszcz.
For teams from Krosno and Poznań, the week was significant not only because of the schedule announcement. The president of HUNTERS PSŻ Poznań, Jakub Kozaczyk, celebrated his 39th birthday, while the youth coach of CELLFAST WILKÓW Krosno, Ireneusz Kwieciński, celebrated his 50th year.
The Poznań club will enter the season with a new name. The title sponsor is now the company HUNTERS.
FOGO UNIA Leszno in addition to announcing the league schedule for METALKAS 2. Ekstraliga 2025, was also one of the first teams to present their sparring plans.
An important announcement also came from the ARGED MALESA Ostrów Wielkopolski camp, where the club, in agreement with coach Mariusz Staszewski, decided to end their 9-year collaboration.
Antoni Motyka
