KS APATOR on top in the first semifinal against ORLEN OIL MOTOR!

In the first semifinal clash of the PGE Ekstraliga, KS APATOR Toruń faced ORLEN OIL MOTOR Lublin on their home track. The top scorers for the home team were Patryk Dudek (13+1) and Robert Lambert (13+2). On the Lublin team, Dominik Kubera contributed the most (9 points). The junior of the match was Wiktor Przyjemski.

At the start, the hosts got off to a good start and ultimately won 4:2. Patryk Dudek was the first to cross the finish line, closely followed by Dominik Kubera. Paweł Przedpełski earned one point, while Fredrik Lindgren finished last. The initial deficit was quickly made up by the junior riders from ORLEN OIL MOTOR Lublin, convincingly winning 5:1. At the end of the first series, Robert Lambert, thanks to his excellent riding, defeated his opponents. The visitors led by just two points – 13:11.

The sixth round provided fans with a lot of excitement, mainly due to an impressive maneuver by Dominik Kubera, who overtook Emil Sayfutdinov on the outside. After seven races, thanks to the triumph of Patryk Dudek and Robert Lambert, the Toruń team leveled the score at 21:21.

In the 8th race, Sayfutdinov fought hard for three points, but Lindgren effectively fended off his attacks. Ultimately, on the final straight, the KS APATOR rider caught up to the Swede with a great charge. In the next race, Kubera had problems when his motorcycle lifted at the approach, resulting in a warning for creating a dangerous situation. The Toruń riders capitalized on the rival’s problems, finishing the race with a dual victory.

In the eleventh race, Nicolaia Heiselberga was replaced by reserve rider Mateusz Affelt, but this change brought no benefits for Piotr Baron’s team. After the end of the main phase, Toruń led 41:37.

In the decisive races, the home team seniors scored maximum points, winning both races 5:1, ultimately securing their victory over ORLEN OIL MOTOR Lublin 51:39.
