Jonas Seifert-Salka’s Injury. Esben Hjerrlid to Replace the Dane in CELLFAST WILKÓW Krosno Team

Very unluckily for Jonas Seifert-Salka, the Danish league match ended. The CELLFAST WILKÓW Krosno speedway rider broke his spine in three places as a result of a fall, meaning he will not appear in the return quarter-final against INNPRO ROW Rybnik. He will be replaced by Esben Hjerrlid.

For Seifert–Salka, the injury means the end of the season. Spinal X-rays revealed fractures of three vertebrae in the thoracic section, making it impossible for him to compete in Sunday’s match. Jonas will go to Rybnik to support the team from the machine park, but unfortunately, he will not appear on the track – the statement said.

The Dane will be replaced by his compatriot – Esben Hjerrlid, who regularly races in the U24 CELLFAST WILKÓW team.
