INNPRO ROW Rybnik takes a big step towards the final. Defeat of #ORZECHOWAOSADA PSŻ Poznań

The first semifinal of METALKAS 2. Ekstraliga between #ORZECHOWAOSADA PSŻ Poznań and INNPRO ROW Rybnik just ended with a score of 43:47, putting the speedway riders from Silesia in a decidedly better position before the rematch. The rider of the match was Oleksandr Loktayev.

The match was balanced throughout its duration. Right from the start, fans watched a fierce battle between Grzegorz Walasek, Matias Nielsen, and Mateusz Dul, in which the experienced speedway rider from INNPRO ROW was excluded. After the first series, the scoreboard showed a tie.

Then, the visitors took the initiative. They took the lead in the sixth race thanks to Jakub Jamrog and Rohan Tungate, which they did not relinquish until the end of the match. They achieved their biggest lead, eight points, three races later, thanks to this same pair. The hosts’ resurgence came only in the fourth series of starts. At that time, five points to the finish were brought by Oleksandr Loktayev and Matias Nielsen.

Before the nominated races, #ORZECHOWAOSADA PSŻ was only two points behind the Rybnik team. They first increased it by another two, and then recorded a tie in the race, making the Rybnik team closer to the coveted final at this moment. The rematch is on September 7 at the INNPRO ROW track.
