INNPRO ROW Rybnik wins against ABRAMCZYK POLONIA Bydgoszcz in the first act of the METALKAS 2. Ekstraliga final duel 50:40. The rider of the match for the eighth time this season was Australian Brady Kurtz – winner of fourteen points with a bonus.

The final started clearly in favor of the hosts. Besides the draws in the first and third races of the first series, there were also two 5:1 victories, which gave Rybnik a lead of 16:8. However, fans will surely remember the fantastic fight between Brady Kurtz and Mateusz Szczepaniak, which they fought in race number four, where on the last turn the representative of INNPRO ROW emerged victorious. Afterwards, the guests also got the hang of the track and won the fifth and sixth races. The gap decreased to six points.

Then, the match turned into a blow-for-blow fight. Until the nominated races, out of six races, four were won either by ABRAMCZYK POLONIA or INNPRO ROW. On Tomasz Bajerski’s side, the score was pulled forward mainly by Krzysztof Buczkowski and Andreas Lyager, who finally scored ten points each, the only double-digit point scores from the entire team.

In the mentioned nominated races, unlike the rest of the duel, there were two draws, which for Antoni Skupien’s riders meant leaving Rybnik with a ten-point advantage. The rematch in Bydgoszcz will take place on Sunday, September 22 at 2:30 PM.
