Emil Sajfutdinow on Preparations for the 2025 Season

Emil Sajfutdinow from KS APATORA Toruń was a guest on the program “Fan Sector” on TVP3 Bydgoszcz. In the program, he revealed what his training looks like before the 2025 season.

– I currently have a lot of work. I train a lot, including on a trial motorcycle, to diversify my preparations. I am soon going to Spain, where I will also train – said Emil Sajfutdinow, a rider for KS APATORA Toruń, for TVP3 Bydgoszcz.

– I constantly try to strengthen weaker or previously injured parts of my body to improve the freedom of riding a speedway motorcycle – he added.

– The equipment is ready for the first rides in March. I always feel that I can achieve a lot in this sport, so I am highly motivated to be a top speedway rider – declared the bronze medalist of the Polish Team Championship 2024.

One of the leaders of Toruń’s KS APATORA also talked about motivation for doing sports and his son’s first steps in motorsport.
