Eliga Manager: Dawid Stachyra wins Canal+ competition

As we know very well, there can only be one winner. In the Eliga Manager group run by Canal+, it was Dawid Stachyra along with his team DAVIDOFF_RACING.

In addition to the competition in the national general classification, there was also a fierce battle for primacy in the Canal+ speedway team. Throughout the season, journalists, reporters, and editorial staff did everything to have their name appear in this headline today.

The campaign was not easy. Quite the opposite, managers had to face various adversities, including serious injuries, throughout the whole league campaign of PGE Ekstraliga and Metalkas 2. Ekstraliga. These injuries sidelined players like Jason Doyle (ZOOLESZCZ GKM Grudziądz), Janusz Kołodziej (FOGO UNIA Leszno), and Tai Woffinden (BETARD SPARTA Wrocław) for a long time. And we could further extend this list. Nevertheless, tactical acumen and excellent intuition during transfer windows were among the main factors that allowed for success.

This year’s Eliga Manager game campaign at the PGE Ekstraliga level was won by the F I R E S T O N E team, scoring an impressive total of 1419 small points (40 large), leading the second-place team BWteam by 26 points (1393 points). The Zakręcony Squad team stood on the third podium spot with 1388 points.

In the second-tier competition, Metalkas 2. Ekstraliga, the best team was Komorniki Team, which collected 1356 small points and 37 large points. The BREJDAKI LUBELAKI team placed second with 1350 small points (40 large), and the third place went to the KENDO 72 team, which scored 1349 points (38 large).

Alongside the battle for victory in the Eliga Manager general classification, there were battles for laurels in groups. One of them was created by the Canal+ Sport editorial team. Here the fight lasted essentially until the very end, and the best was Dawid Stachyra. The former speedway racer accumulated 1142 points and surpassed another former racer, Piotr Świderski, by 15 points. Commentator Mateusz Dziopa took third place.
