Despite ARGED MALESA Ostrów Wlkp. winning the second leg of the METALKAS 2. Ekstraligi semifinal against ABRAMCZYK POLONIA Bydgoszcz 48:42, Tomasz Bajerski’s team advanced to the final. The rider of the match was Krzysztof Buczkowski.

The match from the first series was under the control of the hosts. After four finished races, they were leading by four points, which promised a fierce fight until the end of the match. The juniors of ARGED MALESA Ostrów, namely Tobiasz Potasznik and Gracjan Szostak, showed a good performance.

However, catching up did not go as planned for the speedway riders from Ostrów. ABRAMCZYK POLONIA bravely defended their eighteen-point lead. After the tenth race, the scoreboard showed a score of 35:25.

In the eleventh race, five points were brought home by the pair of SzczepaniakHuckenbeck, and in the next race, four were scored by Andreas Lyager and Olivier Buszkiewicz, which ended ARGED MALESA Ostrów‘s chance of advancing to the final.
