A Flash from PGE Ekstraliga (2): the newcomer with the lineup. Celebrating the 106th anniversary of free Poland

The end of the transfer window brought a lot of emotions to the fans. PGE Ekstraliga clubs not only announced new players but also extended existing contracts. 

KRONO-PLAST WŁÓKNIARZ Częstochowa announced the signing of Piotr Pawlicki and Philip Hellström-Bängs. Meanwhile, the newcomer to PGE Ekstraliga, INNPRO ROW Rybnik, revealed its hand. They announced not only the entire lineup but also the team’s coaching staff.

Many clubs commemorated Independence Day. NOVYHOTEL FALUBAZ Zielona Góra got involved in local events commemorating the historic event.

The nominations for the 90th Przegląd Sportowy Poll for Poland’s Best Athlete 2024 were also announced. Bartosz Zmarzlik is among the nominees once again.

On November 12th, the most effective player of the PGE Ekstraliga, Artem Laguta, celebrated his 34th birthday. In recent days, the leader of BETARD SPARTA Wrocław announced that he would stay with the Polish runners-up team for the 2025 and 2026 seasons.
